ATM-Operations Specialist

JOB Purposes:

To support/accelerate the quality of overall business operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate ATMs network services performance to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in preparing/deploying/relocating ATMs as assigned schedule.
• Supervise civil work for new ATM installation/relocation.
• Record ATMs installed base and update in timely manner.
• Undertake tracking process on first-line ATMs maintenance support including incorrect PIN, cash stuck, card block, cash replenishment etc.
• Monitor cash balancing and notify for replenishment.
• Coordinate customer complaint and resolve within agreed timeline.
• Technical issue escalation and follow up for closure.
• Monitor overall ATMs ambience and regularly maintenance within the scheduled interval time.
• Work closely with internal services delivery team and vendor to achieve desired result, and risk identification if any.
• Work on ATM site survey and selection.
• Others day-to-day operations task assigned by line manager.

Required Education and Experiences:

• Bachelor in IT or related field.
• At least 2 years experienced in ATM operations.
• Good knowledge of ATM feature and applicable software is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act with the sense of emergency.
• Willing to learn and work in diversity.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Adaptability to changes.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
