About the job Banca Sales Manager

- Responsible for developing and implementing business projection, target and sales strategy of Bancassurance business unit in line with Companys objective.

- Working closely with existing Banca partner for support and coordinate the productivity as well as to expand the business portfolio.

- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the business unit.

- Developing and implementing the sales strategy and sales promotion program for internal and external in line with Companys target.

- Encouraging and ensuring the sales team to understand Companys objective.

- Working closely with product development team in developing new products.

- Responsible for product and sales strategy training to internal and external sales team (partnership staff).

- Maintains market awareness on competitor activities, industrial trends, and new concepts.

- Able to travel for field visit.

- Writing and submitting reports for all matter of importance to Head of Commercial.

JR:

- Bachelor or master degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred.

- Experience of minimum 4-5 years in insurance industry or relevant.

- Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.

- Strong organizational and management skills

- Be proactive, dynamic and flexible

- Strong communication verbal and written with all level of stakeholder

- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, personal resilience, motivation and adapt approach as the situation requires

- Has professional presentation and digitalization

- Proficient in Ms. Office
