What you will be doing
1) Set plan for company sale plan monthly and yearly
2) Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
3) Manage Team Sale for smooth operation and clear process
4) Lead sale team to reach company plan and achievements
5) Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
6) Training, Coaching sale team on company product, smooth communication, good attitude, good behavior, company standard process.
7) Set individual sales targets with sales team
8) Prepare on sales scripts for welcome customer arrived, Scrip for calling to customer.
9) Solution, Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
10) Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
11) Control expenses and monitor budgets
12) Products concepts and development
13) Another task assigned by General Manager or CEO.
What you should include
1) Bachelor degree in Marketing & Sales or related degree
2) At least 2 years of work experience in the industry of Printing or Real Estate, or Healthcare
3) Knowledge well on the industry infrastructure, Strategy and planning
4) Strong in Sale & Marketing Concept with the industry
5) Proficiency written and spoken communication skills (both Khmer and English or Chinese is better)
6) Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
7) Good interpersonal and marketing skills, as well as good knowledge of the industry market.
