About the job Corporate Sales Supervisor

Department Goal: Increase sales and grow business for B2B or corporate sales channels of products supply to be a new office set up or changing Office supply

Duties:

  • Lead all sales activities with the sales team
  • Implement sales strategies and propose activity plans to achieve sales volume target (Monthly)
  • Find more clients and build a good relationship with clients or customers to hunt project opportunity
  • To make appointments with clients in order to introduce company profile and products to clients or customers to make sales opportunity
  • Implement the sales force, and provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure fully equipped to motivate the sales team to comply with the company policy and achieve sales performance.
  • Daily and weekly reports to Manager
  • Other tasks will ask by Manager

Requirements

  • Age 25-45, Cambodian candidate
  • Female or Male
  • An individual with a positive mind-set, interpersonal communication skills, outgoing person, and good appearance.
  • Minimum 3 years in sales office furniture, bedding supply or construction materials supply is priority
  • Build a strong relationship with customers
  • Good English capabilities are a plus
