Marketing Plan:

Understand customer segmentation, non-prescribing customers, and customerenvironment by using results of research from research agencies.

Understand competitors weaknesses and strengths via competitors intelligent.

Analysis consolidation: SWOT analysis

Developing products Strategy: Defining strategies and identify critical success factors.

Ensuring the product objectives are achieved within the approved A&P resources bymonitoring and analyzing it on monthly basis in coordination with finance and controlling.

Managing the product: propose and develop Unique Selling Point and productsproposition,

Prepare marketing Mix and Implementation Plan

Forecasting the market base forecasting

Managing Information gaps, Market research, assessing competitive activity

Research & Analysis by examine markets, customers, and competitors

Define assumptions (key issues), establish objectives, determine strategies, involving in setting sales goals, and setting budget
Implement the assigned tasks and carrying out the plan
Measure results, Evaluate, Propose & carry out corrective action.
Prepare sales, market share, patient, promotional budget, and objectives

Communication
Define key issues and proposal solutions to Marketing Manager
Schedule meeting with related department to solve problem
Well-prepared marketing plans for brand meetings and Business Review to discuss and receive feedbacks
Preparing and presenting on regular basis to the cross-functional business partners in addition to the ZPT Head about the market, product, competition, programs implementation overview in BRMs (brand/Product review meetings)
Ensure that field force understand the communication strategy and the action plan by providing them regular POA (Plan of Action) in a simplified / easy to understand version
Ensure the field work KPIs are archived
Ensuring twice a month field visits with the reps
Define the volume of the promo mats (brochures, gimmicks, documents) that will be used in the year.
Propose, develop, and manage new product launching

Medical and Regulatory Affair:
Control feedback from Sale team on pharmacovigilance
Control feedback of counterfeit or imitation product
Training:
Ensuring that the salesforces understand key messages of the products
Timely preparation and provision of promo mat to the Rep and to ensure salesforces understand contents of promo mats
Corporate compliances responsibilities:
Every employee of ZPT is accountable for assuring compliances rules & ethic code when working with HCPs to strengthen the companys image.
Ensure all the activities of the sales force unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand, and ethical standards and in line with marketing plan
At any level of the organization, everyone is accountable for following all safety guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the safety objectives.
