Manager, Branch Organization

Implement the branch efficiency projects (counter staffproductivities, branch model etc.);

Evaluate and reinforce productivity of counter staffsregularly to make sure that branch can achieve themaximum efficiency;

Re-organize branch structure via define roles andresponsibilities for counter staff;

Keep monitoring on the counter staff head count;

Review and improve the existing process/rules of thebranch organization (document management, cashmanagement at branches, cash delivery, end of day &end of month activities, safe & vault management etc.);

Conduct the evaluation on the implementation ofbranchs procedure & guidelines and propose theimprovement.

Degree in Finance and Banking or related fields;
Good in inter personal communication;
At least 3-5 year of experience in banking operationsupport or related experiences.
Experience in product development or branchorganization process in banking sector is apreferable;
Good English and computer literacy.
