2.Sales Team Management and Leadership:

Exercise effective leadership by managing, leading, and providing continuous training to the sales forces.

Offer clear guidelines and problem-solving solutions, regularly evaluating performance to make data-driven recommendations for enhanced sales action.

Cultivate a motivating environment, encouraging team members to unleash their potential, thereby achieving peak productivity and performance.

3.Market Analysis and Recommendation:

Conduct thorough market surveys and meticulously collect market information to provide timely and relevant insights.

Gather data related to market prices and competitors' activities, presenting detailed reports for regular management review.

Conduct insightful analysis of current market trends and situations, drawing well-founded conclusions, and making strategic recommendations to the management team.

4.Account Development and Profitability Management:

Forecast and develop accounts with a forward-thinking approach, incorporating promotional plans
and strategic profitability management.
- Spearhead efforts to increase regional sales and profitability through the acquisition of new accounts and strategic planning.
-Implement, monitor, and evaluate regional plans within designated areas to ensure optimal results and sustained growth.
5.Negotiations and Distribution Management:
- Actively participate in negotiations for sponsorships with outlets, establishing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ensure comprehensive representation of company products in all outlets within the assigned territory.
- Strategically manage the distribution network, aligning efforts to achieve distribution targets based on regions and outlet types.
6. Merchandising and Promotional Activities:
- Conduct a thorough review of the allocation and types of Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) used by the Sales team, ensuring alignment with marketing guidelines.
- Guarantee that all merchandising and POSM adhere to high-quality standards and effectively represent the brand.
- Play a key role in implementing promotional activities, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives as assigned.
