Laboratory (Embryologist)

What You Will Be Doing

1. Perform and participate in training in all Andrology and partial of Embryology procedures.

2. Assist in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory and maintain confidential and accurate records

3. Adhere to all operational SOPs relating to the Andrology/Embryology Department.

4. Participate in risk management of laboratory procedures.

5. Adhere to flexible working arrangements within the department.

Key Requirements

• A degree in medical laboratory/biology or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in medical laboratory/biology. Experience in embryology is a plus, but not required.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care
• Possess problem-solving and counseling skills to overcome problems
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to use computer systems for inputting data and checking, amending, and using English in written and verbal communication skills.
