HR-Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

Joining with Talent Solutions Team is one of the crucial teams to seed the Talent to various organization both national and internationally. You get to apply your people skills to recruit the right talent with the right behaviors at the right time to join with our partner's organization. We are not just recruiting employees, but are sowing the seeds of organization and nation.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Recruit and source the right talents for various vacancies, industries, and partners;

- Do industry and vacancies analysts to matching with the right candidate;

- Conduct CV screening, interviews, and assessment tests to filter candidates for the right position;

-  Engage with the candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment and selection process;

- Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure we hire the right people or consult to them on the recruitment and selection, or related, etc.;

- Track and complete recruitment reports to present the progress of your recruitment;

- Attend programs and other outreach activities to build a good relationship with potential hires for the future;

- Participate in Employer Branding initiatives such as panel discussions, career fairs, school outreach activities, and other partnerships with top i-institutes/universities;

- Facilitate in Client & Candidate capacity building & events;

- Consult on Cambodia labor compliances to both client and candidate (If needed).

Your Experience & Skills Include:

- Any Bachelor Degree such as HR, Business Admin, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.;

- 1 or 2 years experience with HR operation, recruitment, or related;

- Good English and Khmer language both spoken and written;

- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment;

- Proactive and loves to understand and strong commitment;

- Well-organized and results-oriented;

- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.;

- Love to organize and join in events and connect to people or social activities.
