Report to: Accounting Manager

+ Role and Responsibilities

  1. Accounting Role
  1. Control and reconcile Petty cash monthly basis
  1. Prepare expenses for monthly tax declaration
  1. Trade spend (TS) claims validation before settlement. Validate the accuracy of Trade Spend vs supporting documents (Sales Circular, approved Promotion Brief, Promotion Confirmation)
  1. Validate claims of PFME, MOGE against supporting evidence e.g. quotations and contractual rate card, invoices. Liase/Coordinate with budget owner to clarify any questions regarding the claims.
  1. Review accounting transactions to comply with Nestlé Accounting Standard, SOP, Internal Control, tax requirement and has proper supporting documents.
  1. Being able to train Internal users of Accounting Operation workflow and transaction
  1. Other tasks require by line manager
  1. Procurement Role
  1. Monitoring the daily purchasing activities and support operations in quality and timely manner
  1. Coordinate the delivery of goods through suppliers to ensure they arrive on site according to schedule.
  1. Sourcing quality goods from approved local, overseas suppliers and recommending new product and suppliers while focusing on the highest value at lowest cost
  1. Monitor the suppliers performance and recommend suggestions for improvement
  1. Working with Supervisor to develop strategies and procedures
  1. Set up and tracking with purchasing KPI according to the companys objects and goal
  1. Fostering and developing E2E procurement process with all stakeholders including budget owners, suppliers, and regional procurement.
  1. With ability to do cost analysis and take the lead in price negotiations, detailed contracts knowledge and understanding of legal terms
  1. Coordinate with regional procurement to manage purchasing as per timeline.

+ Requirements:

  • University degree, major in Account / Management / Business
  • At least 2 years experiences especially with FMCG company is a plus
  • Requires high degree of independence and pro-activeness
  • At least 2 years work experience in accounting job
  • A degree of Account / Management / Business
  • Presentation skills, creativity, independent, time-management skills
  • High diversity in exposure to FMCG industry and roles
  • Good at excel, power-point
  • Able to communicate and write in English
  • Ability to focus and drive for results and efficiency
