Senior Manager, Project Management

Manage projects, E-Document, counter staff dashboard (data

quality, # of transaction, # of error posting, Cash over/short,

alert client related to AML etc.), DAO management etc.;

Support digital project; consolidate WEB, review

performance report (MSO), customer prospective and

onboarding;

Develop a detail project plan and monitoring progress;

Coordinate with internal team, vendor to design, develop and

implement the project;

Participation in cross division project tasks forces Business

Operation, IT etc.;

Take lead the Process Improvement, mainly on non-credit

related document and develop the process flow and find the

pain points to improve and evaluate;

Deliver the project on time, ensuring quality are met;

Support operation team on other projects and on develop the

business requirement, process, tools/dashboard and manage

the supporting documents.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and
Finance or
related field (analytics, economy);
Master degree is preferable;
At least 3 years experience in project management
within operation, sales, or product development;
Experience in MFI or bank is a plus;
Good command of statistic and research tools,
analytics;
Very good commend of writing and presenting in
English.
