1) Ensuring the compliant requirements from NBC are enhanced & implementing effectively
2) Leading all compliant checklists of Company from across regulators to ensure no regulatory risks for the Company
3) Functioning the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and CFT Reports
4) Being appointed as Compliance Officer to represent and respond on the Company behalf with the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)
5) Performing other duties as required by the line manager
