About the job Warehouse Coordinator
1. Goods Replenishment & Inbound Operations:
a. Check and receive goods according to delivery order.
b. Report any discrepancy or shortage of goods to immediate supervisor.
c. Ensure goods are stacked in warehouse according to FEFO.
d. Ensure sufficient stocks on shelves or picking area, especially during EOM.
2. Kitting:
a. Ensure sufficient BOM sets are kitted timely and accurately as per Planned.
b. Perform kit of BOM to sets, and transfer from kit location to saleable location.
c. Ensure Kit Items are available for sales (if all BOM are available).
d. Ensure kitting expiry is controlled and follow FEFO
3. Pick & Pack and Dispatch Operations
a. Pick and Pack products as per Picklist for pick-up and home delivery.
b. Ensure products are picked based on FEFO.
c. Ensure 2D barcode are captured as per company policy.
d. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and checking of products for delivery.
e. Ensure Outstanding Orders are informed to Members Service in order to inform
distributors to pickup.
f. Ensure Orders Dispatch from Warehouse both Pickup and Delivery are Timely Ship
Confirm in Oracle System
4. Customer service:
a. Ensure polite service to distributors and business-line manner in conducting oneself.
b. Recheck and recount all items before issuing to distributors at collection counter.
c. Check buyback and product exchange with distributors to ensure correct returns and
exchanges.
5. Stock Count:
a. Conduct Cycle Count and Physical Count as per scheduled.
b. Ensure Stock Count are performed accurately and timely per company policies.
6. Document Filing & System Update :
a. File NTS and any other documents on a daily basis.
b. Perform accurate and timely Oracle transactions (P&E, Product Exchange, Subinventory
transfer, ship confirm) as required.
7. Facility housekeeping and maintenance:
a. Ensure general function to the facility is maintained by consulting G/A department.
b. Observe general cleanliness of warehouse at all times.
c. Follow GSP guideline and implementing 5s
