Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Vision and Growth:

• Develop and implement SCHOOL's comprehensive strategic plan in alignment with the Board of Directors' goals, ensuring focus on academic excellence, trilingual competence, and global citizenship.
• Identify and lead new initiatives for SCHOOL, including expansion of academic programs, potential new campus locations, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor international education trends, ensuring SCHOOL remains at the forefront of innovation and best practices.

Oversight and Leadership:

• Oversee all operational aspects of SCHOOL, working closely with the COO and CAO for seamless execution across the institution.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment throughout SCHOOL, championing the core values of health, integrity, trilingual competence, innovation & technology, principled leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders students, families, staff, faculty, the Board of Directors, donors, and the broader Cambodian and international community.
• Represent SCHOOL as an ambassador, promoting its mission and achievements both locally and within the international education landscape.

Organizational Excellence:

• Ensure financial sustainability and responsible resource management, collaborating with the COO on budget development and financial oversight.
• Guide SCHOOL's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a welcoming environment for all students and staff.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements affecting the education sector in Cambodia.

General Support:

• Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to achieve SCHOOL's strategic goals.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of SCHOOL.*
