KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Planning & Activities

• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads, customer referrals and self-generated leads

• Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at Premier Centre/branch/regional counterparts e.g. Malaysia/Singapore on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retention

• Prepare and provide financial advisory and assistance to customers for their wealth/investment management

• Periodic review of customers’ total portfolio and increase AUM with the Bank

• Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to targeted customers

• Set appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customers

Sales Management

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals

• Work closely with Head of Premier, Branch Manager and Head of Business Banking on sales activities, promotion and campaigns

• Prepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to Management

• Compliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
