About the job Head of Sales

  • Product management of each product group that the company classified under Infant Nutrition.
  • Lead the whole Physiolac sales team to deliver companys target and KPI.
  • Regular sales analysis and trade marketing program evaluation as monthly or quarterly.
  • Coordination and alignment with Head of ZPT / GM and Client in terms of KPIs such as Reach, Availability, Distribution and Presence of their products.
  • Development of trade marketing programs yearly and presentation to Head of ZPT / GM for approval.

Manage products forecasting and ensure consistent supply or maintain the minimum stock level requirement of the product across each Principal

  • Regular alignment of stocks inventory with the supply chain.
  • Manage and maintain product profitability based on the approved trade marketing budget.
  • Conduct training on skills needed for the Trade team and develop competency in the team.
  • Align any sales plan to the GM of ZPT and trade marketing activities for business development.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
  • Manage internal communications and awareness of company's direction and activities such as internal memos, implementing memos, etc.
  • Determine and develop a plan for people development training to improve competency level of the department.
  • Drive endorsement from Medical Channel.
  • Manage PG team to hit the company goals.
  • Other support to Medical team to implement the company strategies to the target.
