About the job Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive & collect payment and maintain the record of all collections received.
  • Deposit payments/collections received as soon as possible
  • Issue receipts to customers.
  • Manage monthly bookkeeping
  • Prepares necessary bank slips/forms for cheque deposit/encashment and submits them together with supporting documents for approval of the manager
  • Support in checking and controlling stock data
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Graduated B.A in Accounting
  • At least 1 year of working experience in an accounting position (Can use Quickbooks system is a plus)
  • Good in Ms.Word/Excel
  • Very honest, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, and result-oriented
  • High level of commitment & self-motivation
