About the job Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Receive & collect payment and maintain the record of all collections received.
- Deposit payments/collections received as soon as possible
- Issue receipts to customers.
- Manage monthly bookkeeping
- Prepares necessary bank slips/forms for cheque deposit/encashment and submits them together with supporting documents for approval of the manager
- Support in checking and controlling stock data
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Graduated B.A in Accounting
- At least 1 year of working experience in an accounting position (Can use Quickbooks system is a plus)
- Good in Ms.Word/Excel
- Very honest, dependable, trustworthy, hard-working, and result-oriented
- High level of commitment & self-motivation
