SME-Relationship Sup/Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The SME-Product Supervisor (SME Coordinator) will be responsible for offering and managing the institution's credit plus department corporate products and services to its targeted corporate partners (Agriculture Cooperative _ ACs and Small and Medium Enterprises - SMEs with proven social impact) in a Professional, ethical, and transparent way, ensuring quality, sustainability and commitment to the institution's mission.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• To be aware of the product and service tools, policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure their effective and compliant implementation.
• To identify potential SMEs for promotion of the Institution's corporate product and services - Emphasis will be given to Agricultural Value Chain Actors (Cooperatives, Millers, Distributors, Import/Export companies).
• To accurately collect and analyze SME partner's financial statements, cash flows, business plan, loan  purpose, and legal documentation, to effectively perform the loan appraisal
• To assist the Credit Plus Manager and the Head of Credit Plus in developing and managing a range of educational and management tools targeting SMEs.Promote and disseminate the Institution and its partner's tools with the SME portfolio to collect and account for all fees paid by partners for accessing these services.
• To monitor and report daily, weekly monthly, and annual achievements.
• To perform other tasks assigned by the management.
