About the job Senior Commercial Manager
Originate new products and services to cater to segment(s) in charge
and align with technology usage;
Support and monitor the implementation of commercial strategies and
penetration of new markets;
Define Value Proposition and commercial speech for segment(s) in
charge to deliver on business targets;
Enhance the existing products or services to align with market needs,
Understand the entrepreneurs behavior and needs;
Develop the tools for businesses to acquire and maintain the client by
offering the services to align with clients needs and competition;
Build the profitable partnership with business segmentation type;
Manage the staff under supervision in order to ensure achievement of
their objectives and ensure the quality of workforce organization
within the Unit;
Develop good and close relationships with Amret staff in provinces and
branches and with other external organizations as such as partners to
ensure they are well cooperation on sales target;
Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams of marketing, business
operations, sales, customer services and channel delivery team to
deliver on targets;
Ensure Perform the development of Action Plan of Business Strategies
Unit is well prepared, organized and controlled.
Bachelor of Businesses Administration in Banking or related
fields;
Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken;
At least 3 years experience in operation, sale management, or
product development in MFIs or bank;
Good negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully
pitching for new business;
Banking product knowledge is preferable.
