What You Will Be Doing

Job Requirement:

- Provide day-to-day HR support including recruitment, interviews/exit interviews, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, etc.
- Key contact for new hires onboarding program and support training logistics for training activities for all employees.
- Establish and review HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks
- Be the main contact point and lead the activities to improve AHS Employee Branding including CSR activities in Cambodia.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Preparation of salary statement and processing salary, bonus, increment salary slip, and annual leave data
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Support HR initiatives and decisions with properly collated HR statistics, benchmarks and analysis.

Your Skills and Experience Included

- Cambodian Nationality
- Male and Female
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Humanity, or Psychology.
- Good knowledge with Accounting background a plus
- At least 2~3 years working experience in payroll, HR systems, and HR generalist preferred
- Proficient in English and Khmer Language (Written and Speaking).
- Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting program)
- Be honest, hardworking, imitative, and committed.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
