Store Manager

Store Manager Position

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused retail store manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of our store, ensuring that it meets and exceeds the sales and profitability goals. You will also lead and motivate the sales team, maintain high standards of customer service, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate the performance of store staff
• Ensure that the store is adequately staffed and organized to provide optimal customer service
• Manage inventory levels and order merchandise according to customer demand and seasonal trends
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit reports on store operations and performance to senior management
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Age 25-40 year old
• Good in English (Chinese is advantage)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a retail store manager or similar role
• Be honest, working hard and pay attention to job responsibilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer management skills

Working condition

• 6 days a week (Rotate schedule)
• Time 8:00am-7:00pm
• Annual Leave 12 days
• Holiday 9 days
• Special Leave 7 days
• Sick Leave 7 days
• Maternity Leave 90 days
