About the job Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Frequently visit all the existing pharmacies and clinics of the assigned territories
- Maintain close relationships with chemists/pharmacies
- Secure sales orders to achieve the allocated sales target
- Check inventory of pharmacies
- Share updated discount scheme with customers
- Maintain active communication with assigned areas Medical REP
- Help cash collector with cash collection information
- Generate new sales leads by creating new customers every month
- Provide any necessary data or report to the sales team
- Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
- Update all contact information for clients
- Deal with all sort of customer complaints and resolves those as necessary
- Complete tasks that will be assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Sales experience on the pharmacy or FMCG sector
- Any educational background
- Pharma experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English
