Job Summary

Joining with Human Resources Team is one of the crucial teams to seed and develop the Talent the organization. You get to apply your people skills to deal with people. We are not just serving our people, but are sowing the seeds of organization and nation.

What You Will Be Doing

- Support on sourcing candidates to fulfill headcount by posting job announcements, Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, connections and working closely with recruitment agency.

- Support in candidate's interview arrangement

- Updating candidates to EI's Talent system/pool properly and keeping the data up to date

- Support on arrange any company confidential letter

- Support with NSSF or Insurance company

- Daily/weekly update associates movement list

- Keep properly monthly payroll documents and monthly update of employee history record

- Support on implementing the Staff Retention Program by listen to staffs concerns and consult to them or report to HR Manager and Department Head to solve it

- Support for arranging team building, staffs birthday, staff annual party, and other events

- Support on performance appraisal, KPIs implementation for employee, and support on monitoring performance appraisal/KPIs evaluation

- Support on managing staff attendance.

- Support and assistant on an onboarding program

- Coordinate staff training by scheduling and preparing all training supporting materials.


Our Key Requirements

- Graduated with any Bachelor Degree such as HR, Business Admin, etc.;

- Have volunteer experienced or joined any social activities

- Good English and Khmer language both spoken and written;

- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment;

- Proactive and loves to understand and strong commitment;

- Well-organized and results-oriented;

- Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, Email, LinkedIn, etc.;

- Love to organize and join in events and connect to people or social activities.
