Key Responsibility

I. System Development (Support)

- Work closely with key project stakeholders for collecting system specification and user requirement,

- Design system new requirements & enhance existing system,

- Design user interface, write code and test, ensuring that system works smoothly and meets the business requirement,

- Analyze and design database structure fit to system requirements

- Train user how to use new system & enhanced existing system

- Troubleshoot while any errors occur

II. Database Administration

- Administer a variety of database systems including Microsoft SQL & My SQL Servers

- Monitor database backup agent service in Microsoft SQL Server

- Backup Database in My SQL server

- Copy all backup data to NAS

III. Servers Maintenance

- Maintenance AD, Mail, Application, Database and Backup servers to insure stability run

IV. Website Development

- Design new & update existing web pages fit to requirements

- Work closely with Marketing Department to develop the company website to insure easily accessible information & looks attractive

V. Call Center Services

- Create user and extension in PBX server for new CCO

- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot call center system to insure call center operation run smoothly

- Raise terrible problems to vender for solving

VI. Network & Security

- Administer computer network, file server, mail server, LAN and WAN to ensure the stabilities

- Administer FortiMail view log of email in & out problem, release email from queue, check and verify content of quarantined email before releasing to users

- Administer FortiGate upgrade firmware, create Vlan, VPN connection, policy to access internal, external network & internet usage

VII. Other Supports

- Other task assigned by line manager

- Download attendant record from all finger print devices

- Create user and mail account for new staff

- Install and setup printer to users

- Enroll figure and access card for new staff

- Troubleshoot all users computers, servers, printers, Wifi, finger print and access door

- Monitor Veritas Backup Server

- Copy cell card reports from SFTP folder to shared folder

- Copy backup voice records from PBX to Application Server

- Import cell card monthly premium report into database

- Generate monthly in-force policies

- Generate additional report which requested by others departments

- Setup/repair windows & software

- Network cabling
