About the job IT Support
REPORTING TO: IT Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide helpdesk and general user support, including procedural documents.
- Monitor backup schedule and record log.
- Configure and monitor company anti-virus system and definition update.
- Install and configure computer hardware, OS, and application.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Setup and manage all user accounts and emails.
- Conduct electrical safety check on computer equipment.
- Replace hardware parts as required.
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- At least 1 years working as an IT support.
- Extensive experience with DNS, Email and Network.
- Knowledge & experience in Windows, Linux, or other type of OS.
- Familiarity with Windows server and VM Ware.
- Ability to provide technical training to end users.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
- Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
