REPORTING TO: IT Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide helpdesk and general user support, including procedural documents.
  • Monitor backup schedule and record log.
  • Configure and monitor company anti-virus system and definition update.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, OS, and application.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
  • Setup and manage all user accounts and emails.
  • Conduct electrical safety check on computer equipment.
  • Replace hardware parts as required.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • At least 1 years working as an IT support.
  • Extensive experience with DNS, Email and Network.
  • Knowledge & experience in Windows, Linux, or other type of OS.
  • Familiarity with Windows server and VM Ware.
  • Ability to provide technical training to end users.
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
