MIS Coordinator

Coordinator MIS Officer is responsible for all IT systems and providing accurate business performance information to support management decision making and formulation of business strategies. Understand the business drivers and delivery cost efficient technology solution for the business keeping long term support / smooth functioning of the systems. The ideal of MIS position must have both leadership and technical skills to effectively and efficiently manage all IT systems.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE COMPETENCIES IN:

- Manage/Administer on core banking system including product parameterizations and customization, statutory reports, maintenance, troubleshoot,
- Monitor the reconciliation and research of discrepancies in MIS report data.
- Running and Support EOD process

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

- Manage/Administer on core banking system including product parameterizations and customization, statutory reports, maintenance, troubleshoot, etc.

- Design and develop a robust monitoring and tracking system on key business performance information to provide responsive and insightful reporting template.

- Held-desk support and monitor closely on data encoding at branches in the MIS system both Web and Mobile.

- Manage all reports including NBC and CBC and change request documents which requested by user.
- Support the development of quality assurance mechanism within the MIS Team and support the Developer Team in developing and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure the integrity of data to satisfy the Audit committee and external auditors.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Application/Software development with 2 years experiences using
- Bachelor degree in computer science, technology or related fields.
- Microsoft Technology or other equivalent technologies and 2 years' experiences with database administration like SQL server.
- At least 3 years' experience with management information
-Experience in systems security such as backup/restore, user system, preferably in microfinance industry access rights, etc.
