About the job IP IT Network Supervisor

Engineer, IP Network Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IP networks for the company. The Engineer will work with a team of engineers to monitor and troubleshoot network problems, implement changes, and ensure that the network is performing optimally and fully complies with all the applicable standards. The Engineer will work with other teams to design, plan, maintain, and troubleshoot IP network services. The Engineer also works on optimizing and consolidating network IP services, managing product and quality of service, supporting and troubleshooting critical cases, migrating, optimizing the internal network, and providing solutions to the solution team to meet customer requests.

C. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and plan IP network services from core network layer to access layer.

Maintain and troubleshoot routing and switching on the core network of EZECOM.

Provision, commission, and install network equipment at POP sites.

Optimize and consolidate network IP services and integrate them with system services.

Manage product and quality of service on PPPoE and leased line connections.

Support and troubleshoot critical cases that are escalated to IP Planning Network.

Migrate and optimize the internal network for efficient management and maintenance.

Provide solutions to the solution team for accomplishing customer requests.

D. JOB SPECIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or related IT fields

1 2 years of experience in service support or equivalent work experience

Deep understanding of IP network technologies

Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals and network routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, IGMP).

Understand the network structure of FTTH, Switching, and basic routing protocols.

Provide technical network troubleshooting, addressing the issue, and network monitoring tools

Record and respond to system events in accordance with established workflow.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork skills.

Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.

Maintaining Agreed SLAs in service assurance and service delivery skills

FTTH, switching, and routing skills

Good communication, management, and interpersonal skills

Good organizational skills and attention to detail
