Lead the commercial strategy to drive business growth:

Master Trade Program:

Develop and manage a robust trade marketing planning and review process across the businesses in accordance to business's strategic priorities

Establish trade marketing KPI's, monitor ROI and work to develop insight and actions to drive excellence in trade marketing

Work cross functionally across HOD to drive alignment, consistency, and excellence in trade marketing and ensure timely trade agreement before cascading to field force and customers

Commercial Building Block Activities and Channel Strategy:

Lead and implement channel specific trade marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers

Lead Shopper and Trade Marketing activities and track KPI

Have a detailed understanding of the Trade and HCP channel

Analyze and lead commercial directions and track

Pulling / Analyzing data / gathering of market and making recommendations

Demonstrates success in working with brand leads, sales team, in sales trackers, presentations, POS requests (Win in store, win this season) to exceed net sales targets

Shaping commercial approach to unluck new growth opportunities for the CHC business

Trade marketing KPIs achieved.

Projects delivered in accordance with agreed time frames, budgets and outputs.

Support to coordinate across the CHC functions to build a robust commercial cycle plan calendar, with monitoring and reporting

Manage Merchandising Strategy and KPIs Provide best-in-class merchandising and POSM to drive visibility instore for CHC brands and Development of innovative point of sale solutions Improve brand presence, brand visibility and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities Set a clear and ambitious merchandising KPIs and ensure tracking is on place to drive display excellent Perform expenses analysis to ensure ROI of the store(s) Monitor markets trends and customers insights Work with sales team to develop trade tools for better visibility and execution. Manage Customer Contract Performance and Gross-to-net analysis

Ensure the CVM programs including KPIs, targeting are properly managed on time-frame, with regular performance tracking

Co-lead with Sales leader to design the growth lever by each customer segmentation to drive business growth

Perform the ROI analysis and explore test and learn trade marketing projects including but not limited distribution expansions

Monitor and analyze spends by SKUs/channel on regular basis vs agreed budget and make recommendation to gain net-sales

Optimize cross-functional support needs with the organization, ensuring effective communication to all. Assist in monitoring and tracking promotions, pricing and in store activities

Business Cycle Plan and Reporting

Lead the monthly report to clients or regional per set timeline

Coordinate with client(s) as well as design the quarterly plan, agenda, and presentation
