About the job Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plans and strategies of Sales based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share for the particular area as assigned by the management
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets of assigned products and outcomes within schedule of the assigned territory
- Frequently visit the markets to build up long term & effective relationship with the customers.
- Visit the key customers on regular basis and make special plan as per necessity.
- Actively explore the retail market and onboard pharmacies of the territory
- Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, cross-checking of the sales target
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Collect, Forecast, and analyze the market data and the competitor's market data and report submitted to the respective supervisor.
- Emphasizing sales & previous due collections and driven the marketing team accordingly.
- Complete all required daily, weekly and monthly reporting as requested by Company management

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work to targets and deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and goal-oriented.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor or higher degree in pharmacy, health sciences or related field.
- 1 (One) to 3 (Three) years of experience as medical sales representative or territory sales manager/territory sales supervisor.
- Possess strong service and pharma industry knowledge.
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Good communication skill in both English & Khmer.
- Good skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS word
