About the job Sales Coordinator


To be able to understand corporate business methods, work with distributors as well as other related department to promote, deploy, track performance for learning and improvement on regular basis

Ensures that promotions, incentives, events, recognition, updates on new products and literature, and any other information related to Herbalife is communicated accurately, effectively and efficiently to the distributor base. This is accomplished through a variety of communication channels, which includes but is not limited to broadcast faxing, email stream, Herbalife web-sites, conference calls and meetings. All communication must be translated, be localized, up-to-date, accurate, clear and distributed in a timely manner. Must keep track of the most up-to-date information and be able to have the ability to relay this information to distributors and staff from other departments.

Coordinate, promote and organize events on a periodic basis (Supervisor Training Seminar events and/or Supervisor Workshops generally occur every month and large-scale events twice a year). This involves working with distributors and the director in setting up registration, receptions, speakers meetings or conference calls, audio and visual etc. Support international events by language assistance and logistical support in all communication to distributors.

Must be able to answer distributors questions and provide related information regarding qualifications and the event in a courteous and professional manner.

To add value by supporting, recognizing and respecting distributors at all times in their business goals and objectives. Must at all times conduct yourself as an ambassador for Herbalife, its products and services.

Provide first class customer service by dealing promptly and professionally in all telephone, written and face-to-face communication to internal and external customers.

Keeps Manager up to date on any key issues in the department.

Supporting in sourcing particular Sale Event promotion item production assign by manager.
Key Focus on events management:
-Event arrangement
-Event Budget plan
-Arrange full year evets calendar
-Find venue & Prepare event rundown
-Agenda, Speaker, Slide
-Support all events (HOM, Gen-H, HOT, STS, Wellness Tour, etc.)

Prepares monthly Event report and Prepares periodic reports analyzing events for Manager to identify strengths and weaknesses to further enhance such activities.
