WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Contribute in the implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance General and Task Management
  • Deal with logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
  • Develop new Strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
  • Analyze logistical problems and plan transportation routes for vehicles carrying goods.
  • Deal with IT to operating IT systems to manage timings, costs, and stock levels
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts with multicultural suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Create and manage department budgets
  • Support and check systems in place are effective, maintained
  • Ensure reports and process documentation is available on time.

KEY REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in logistics.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in Operation, Customer Service, and Administration.
