WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Contribute in the implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance General and Task Management
- Deal with logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers.
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Develop new Strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Analyze logistical problems and plan transportation routes for vehicles carrying goods.
- Deal with IT to operating IT systems to manage timings, costs, and stock levels
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts with multicultural suppliers and vendors.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Create and manage department budgets
- Support and check systems in place are effective, maintained
- Ensure reports and process documentation is available on time.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in logistics.
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Good in Operation, Customer Service, and Administration.
