About the job QA Manager
Plan, organize, monitor and control on all aspects of qualityassurance for all projects, including system integrationtesting;
Manage team to ensure a test plan and scripts are coveredall business requirements and all test results are met withstandard exit criteria;
Manage team to design, develop, and implement of testautomation framework;
Develop governance and standards for quality assuranceorganizations and publish metrics for continuousimprovement and development;
Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and otherproblems;
Analyze and validate the new request for new servicecatalogs, and enhancements in Service Now;
Lead on coordinate for Service Now enhancement for BAUconsultant build and demonstrating to requesters;
Managing vendor for resolution of the Service Nowincidents;
Coordinate daily deployments of all applications intoproduction by ensuring that all prior-process and sign-offdocumenter were completed and delivered (attach inService Now).
