WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the assigned methods/tools
  • Operate a large amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Meet personal/customer service teams call-handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATION INCLUDE

  • Proven customer support experience or in a relevant role
  • Prior experience in supervising a team is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to use a computer
  • Be able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)
