Senior IT Network

Design and plan IP network services from the core network layer to the access layer, ensuring that they meet the company's business needs and technical requirements.

Maintain and troubleshoot routing and switching equipment on the EZECOM core network.

Plan and implement capacity improvements and troubleshoot problems on the core network, distribution network, and access network.

Optimize and consolidate IP network services and integrate them with system services.

Manage and ensure the quality of service on PPPoE and leased line connections.

Support and troubleshoot critical cases that are escalated to the IP planning network team.

Migrate and optimize the internal network to improve management and maintenance efficiency.

Provide solutions to the solutions team to help them fulfill customer requests.

D. JOB SPECIFICATION & QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum five to eight years experience in a similar role.

Minimum two to three years experience in ISP Sector.

Certification in CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, or HCIP is beneficial.

Good understanding of ISP network segments and content caching delivery networks (CDNs).

Demonstrated advanced knowledge in network implementation, routing, switching, and security in the ISP sector.

Demonstrated basic knowledge in systems integrated for broadband network gateways, such as DNS, AAA, billing systems, and RADIUS.

Demonstrated advanced research, analytical skills, and troubleshooting ability.

Demonstrated troubleshooting and network management skills.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive and fast learner.
