Job Purpose:

Manager HRBP will primarily act as a consultant for the therapeutics business leaders on all issues related to people. The role will be a proactive communicator and change agent, who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. Manager HRBP performs a crucial role, serving as a link between the strategic goals of a business and the people through working closely with business leaders, department heads, managers, and key stakeholders to unlock the potential of all business areas and they can have a huge impact on the way an organization is both built and execute such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organizational strategies, and analyzing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, and driving the change in an organization and take an active role in shaping the future of a business at every level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with all leaders of Biz for all HR topic discussion; conduct bi-weekly meetings with business leader, Marketing HR Head, and Regional HR Head to check in, update, and identify support needs
  • Recruitment: hiring for Biz; work with agency to attract talent and drive good onboarding program for all new hires
  • Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
  • Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department (COEs) to develop policies, programs, and solutions that answers the business needs
  • Performance Management: designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
  • Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the Ethic & Compliances department when necessary
  • Challenges the organizational structure of the Biz Therapeutics and proposes changes

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Master / Bachelors degree in business, education, law, or related field
  • Training accreditation/certification from reputable training institutions
  • Proficient in oral & written English
  • At least 7 years experience in senior human resources role, professional development, training, or employee relations with reputed or multination companies.
  • Current in-depth knowledge related to human resources and employee management, including compensation & benefits
  • Experience in HR role in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong business acumen especially in pharma / FMCG industry
