• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the CAD system in collaboration with the IT department.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for CAD Operators, acting as a mentor by offering technical assistance and advice to all department members.
• Ensure all CAD Operators meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate well with co-workers, and interact with colleagues in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail.
• Exhibit strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Production Development.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Knowledge of design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency in process planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies.
