หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

• การจัดการกระบวนการชุบโลหะ ควบคุมการผลิต, รักษาเสถียรภาพของสารเคมี, และดูแลประสิทธิภาพของอุปกรณ์
• การควบคุมคุณภาพและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ตรวจสอบให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด, แก้ไขปัญหา และดำเนินการตรวจสอบกระบวนการ
• การบริหารทรัพยากรและต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้วัตถุดิบ, ลดของเสีย และควบคุมงบประมาณ
• การพัฒนากระบวนการ จัดทำเอกสารกระบวนการ, นำ Lean & Six Sigma มาใช้, และฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
• ความปลอดภัยและการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ควบคุมความปลอดภัยในที่ทำงาน, จัดการสารเคมีอย่างถูกต้อง และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย

คุณสมบัติ:

• ปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมเคมี, วัสดุศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไปในกระบวนการชุบโลหะและการบริหารสายการผลิต
• ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการชุบไฟฟ้า, การวิเคราะห์เคมี และมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, RoHS, REACH)
• ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ, การแก้ปัญหา และการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ

Plating Manager Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Plating Process Management
  Oversee plating production, ensure chemical stability, and maintain equipment efficiency.
• Quality Control & Compliance
  Ensure adherence to plating specifications, troubleshoot issues, and enforce process audits.
• Resource & Cost Management
  Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and implement budget control measures.
• Process Improvement
  Develop and document plating procedures, drive Lean & Six Sigma initiatives, and train employees.
• Safety & Environmental Compliance
  Ensure workplace safety, proper chemical handling, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in plating processes and production management.
• Strong knowledge of electroplating, chemical analysis, and industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, RoHS, REACH).
• Leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
