• Management of plating lines, including chemistry, plating processes, maintenance, and development of racks and plating process tanks, as well as waste management and disposal.
• Manage plating laboratory technicians to ensure plating chemicals are stable.
• Drive technical problem-solving until achieving stable serial production.
• Responsible for all aspects of departmental operations.
• Ensure customer quality requirements are reviewed, understood, and met.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Prepare work instructions and specifications for the introduction of new processes and parts.
• Utilize labor and materials efficiently, continuously working to improve productivity.
• Manage and report monthly usage data for inventory, valuable raw materials, or cost allocation related to projects.
• Responsible for the effective conservation of valuable raw materials.
• Responsible for the development/testing/optimization and documentation of new processes and equipment.
• Able to teach and train plating staff on new and existing processes.
• Work with EHS for safety and environmental protection requirements related to plating, provide assistance in clarifying technical aspects of chemical processes, and address safety and environmental issues as specified.
• Responsible for the entire plating process, including preparation, laboratory work, and post-plating activities.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3-5 years or more of experience in managing plating operations for jewelry.
• Skills in process improvement and troubleshooting in jewelry manufacturing.
• Diligent, patient, honest, and enthusiastic about work.
• Leadership qualities and adaptability.
• Strong knowledge of ISO systems.

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับป.ตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ การคุมผลิตงานห้องชุบ จิวเวอรี่ 3-5 ปี ขึ้นไป
• มีทักษะในวิธีการปรับปรุง แก้ไข ในกระบวนการผลิตงาน จิวเวอรี่
• มีความขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์ และกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน
• มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และพร้อมปรับตัว
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ISO ได้เป็นอย่างดี
