• ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและกระบวนการที่ผู้จัดการกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด และนำทีมร่วมมือเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่างานจะเสร็จในวิธีที่ดีที่สุดและเร็วที่สุด โดยมุ่งลดการปฏิเสธให้น้อยที่สุด
• ให้ข้อเสนอแนะอย่างรวดเร็วแก่ผู้จัดการในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาภายในแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน เครื่องจักร หรือกระบวนการ
• มีความกระตือรือร้นและหลังจากแจ้งผู้จัดการแล้ว ควรดำเนินการเพื่อปรับปรุงผลลัพธ์และคุณภาพ
• รับผิดชอบในการดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักร (รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน) ร่วมกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในแผนกมีประสิทธิภาพ
• รับผิดชอบด้านความปลอดภัยของพนักงานในแผนก
• ตามคำขอของผู้จัดการ เตรียมแผนงานและรายงานเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

Casting Supervisor

Casting Department

• Distribute the job to the workers in the Section, ensuring that the job is done in the best and the faster way possible, following the scheduled planning and the priorities.

• Be directly responsible for all the processes performed in the section (investment mixing, burning-out, casting, quenching, cleaning, etc.), and promptly inform the Manager if any issue is happening.

• Follow diligently the procedures and the processes decided by the Manager in charge, leading and collaborating to ensure that the job is done in the best and the faster way possible, aiming to reduce the rejections as much as possible.

• Give promptly feedback to the Manager in any case of issues inside the Section, related to workers, machinery, processes.

• Be proactive and, after informing the Manager, act to improve results and quality.

• Be responsible for the maintenance (also preventive) in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, to ensure the efficiency of the machinery and tools existing and in use in the Section.

• Be responsible for the safety of the workers inside the Section.

• On Manager request prepare written plans and report.
