Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of total HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a management role.
• Proven HR leadership experience across multiple sectors (e.g., Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Construction, F&B).
• Expert knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and practical experience in Industrial Relations.
• Demonstrated skill in both high-volume outsourcing recruitment (contract/daily workers) and strategic headhunting.
• Mandatory fluent English (spoken and written) for client and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
