About Our Client

 Do you thrive on coordinating complex technical projects and owning the customer experience from contract signing to service activation? 

We are seeking an independent Implementation Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of technology rollouts, ensuring services are delivered "On Time In Full" (OTIF) and within negotiated timelines. You will be the customer's primary point of contact and the master resource coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end coordination of implementation projects, proactively negotiating project timelines with customers, internal engineering teams, and external vendors (e.g., fibre providers).
  • Lead high-quality customer communication throughout the fulfillment process, managing expectations, communicating technical milestones, and addressing delivery risks.
  • Effectively allocate internal delivery resources to balance workloads and manage peak demands, ensuring timely project progression.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating complex delivery dependencies with third-party providers.
  • Manage the internal QA process for tasks, ensuring the financial accuracy of projects before they transition to Finance for billing and revenue realization.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3+ years of proven experience in service delivery, project coordination, or implementation within a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong experience with spreadsheet analytics and effective use of CRM/ITSM tools to manage project metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and negotiate basic customer timelines and resource commitments.
  • A University degree, preferably with a technical or finance weighting.
