As a Tenant Relations Assistant Manager, you will oversee the Tenant Relations department's activities, fostering strong relationships between tenants and building management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to the Tenant Relations team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships between tenants and building management.
• Address tenant complaints and concerns in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Adhere to company policies and directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• 3+ years of experience in tenant relations.
• Experience leading a tenant relations team.
