About Our Client:

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will ensure the efficiency and accuracy of transactions within the company's Sales Distribution system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project-related order administration according to company business models.
• Enter project information into the Sales Distribution system.
• Support and follow up on sourcing and procurement of materials, including addressing shortages.
• Monitor material movement at job sites and coordinate delivery and returns with the warehouse team and customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Engineering Department regarding material requests for projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and meet shipment commitment targets.
• Prepare care assessments and billing in close cooperation with logistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in contract management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and material management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude.
• Good organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• Fluent in English.
