About Our Client:
Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.
Position Overview:
As a Procurement Specialist, you will ensure the efficiency and accuracy of transactions within the company's Sales Distribution system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project-related order administration according to company business models.
- Enter project information into the Sales Distribution system.
- Support and follow up on sourcing and procurement of materials, including addressing shortages.
- Monitor material movement at job sites and coordinate delivery and returns with the warehouse team and customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Engineering Department regarding material requests for projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and meet shipment commitment targets.
- Prepare care assessments and billing in close cooperation with logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in contract management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and material management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good organizational skills and a structured work approach.
- Fluent in English.
