The company focuses on expanding and exporting local products to the global market, supporting the product distribution process, and facilitating financing and capital for potential products. Client is a fast-growing company and has successfully brought local products to foreign countries, including spices, coconut, renewable energy, seafood, snacks, beverages, and many more.
Currently looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to generate leads, meet sales targets, and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. The position involves negotiating contracts with clients as well as delivering sales presentations.
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium white-label F&B products to customers within the hospitality segments. This role demands a strategic and customer-centric approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering services, and other businesses in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers within the hospitality sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and establish rapport.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships within the hospitality industry.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and value propositions of our white-label F&B products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements for white-label products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customized solutions meet client expectations.
- Lead negotiations, address concerns, and facilitate the closing of sales agreements.
- Ensure contracts and agreements align with company policies and customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B white-label products and customization processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
