Position Overview:

As a Process Engineering Manager in cable manufacturing, you will focus on enhancing production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Your role involves leading and managing company-wide projects to improve products, processes, and machinery within the existing production setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Analyze the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.
• Troubleshoot and refine new processes for better performance.
• Prepare and present detailed process improvement reports.
• Provide guidance and support to production teams, addressing issues and resolving challenges.
• Manage process documentation, and update policies and procedures for processes as needed.
• Collaborate with business managers to align improvements with business objectives.
• Adhere to government regulations and company HSE policies, procedures, and rules.

Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in cable assembly and process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify cost-saving measures and develop effective improvement strategies.
