Our client is a leading multinational company with operations in Batam, specializing in designing and manufacturing electronic products and components for globally recognized brands. In Indonesia, the company serves as a vital production center in its worldwide network, prioritizing efficient manufacturing alongside sustainable practices.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Management Assistant Manager to drive global projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating closely with the engineering management team and other stakeholders. This role involves value-added and value engineering management, new product development support, and ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive global projects in collaboration with Engineering management, ensuring implementation according to project timelines, value addition, and value engineering targets.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses to eliminate unnecessary actions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to identify potential material savings and resolve issues during the validation stage.
• Provide clear analysis of standard prices and create detailed cost structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong project management and coordination skills. Proficiency in value analysis and value engineering methodologies.
• Understanding of costing principles (additional preference).
• Experience with engineering change management, capacity maintenance or increase projects, project transfers, and customer assessments.
• Strong data analysis abilities and proficiency in using relevant project management software.
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
• Proficient in English and willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
