Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Planning Engineer to lead our clients Audit team and drive quality initiatives within the Batam facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality planning for both new and existing projects, ensuring compliance with customer, internal, and external standards, and leading continuous improvement efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate manpower and operations within the Audit team.
• Organize and monitor continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Department.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve material-related quality issues.
• Monitor customer complaint handling and production quality issue analysis.
• Lead quality planning for new and existing projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support internal and external safety audits. Supervise arrangements for 3rd party inspections and certifications.
• Coordinate sample arrangements with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform additional activities necessary to ensure smooth operations within the Batam facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Quality Planning or similar role.
• Experience ensuring quality conformance to customer requirements, external and internal standards, and procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, particularly in the context of household appliances.
• Proficiency in developing multiple plans for organizational products, services, and projects, and evaluating QMS effectiveness.
• Strong skills in 8D methodology, SAP, statistical software, and other relevant QC and project execution tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independent and meticulous personality with a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
• Willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
