About Our Client
Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Payroll Manager position based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the payroll and benefits payment process.
- Supervising the calculation, payment, and reporting of individual income taxes.
- Providing reports related to the payroll process.
- Managing the database.
- Implementing all policies, instructions, tasks, and directives from leadership as assigned later.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager
- Skills/Expertise:
- Proficient in PPH21, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, and payroll systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
