Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview:

The Head of Engineering is accountable for technical planning, forming projects, managing multiple projects, and managing the engineering team. This individual provides strong leadership, technical direction and ensures that team members are continually trained in the company's scaffolding and formwork systems. The Head of Engineering provides technical assistance to the other departments from the project design stage to project inception and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an engineering team to deliver safe and cost-effective formwork and scaffolding solutions.
• Develop and implement local engineering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Train and develop the engineering team.
• Ensure high engineering standards, safety, and quality across projects.
• Work with management to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
• Manage key projects and improve project management processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, construction, or structural preferred).
• At least 7 years of construction experience, particularly in scaffolding and formwork, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and cost control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
