As the FMCG Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the assigned territory. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in FMCG sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to key clients, addressing their needs and providing product knowledge and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities and challenges, providing relevant feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to present to the management team.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
