About Our Client

Our client is a one-stop solution platform for Indonesian MSMEs to go international. The company focuses on expanding and exporting local products to the global market, supporting the product distribution process, and facilitating financing and capital for potential products. 

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the logistics export sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of international logistics, and the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the logistics export business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, freight forwarders, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and challenges to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Min 2 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the logistics export industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international logistics, shipping procedures, and export regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
